(1) After watching the video Frida Kahlo’s “The Two Fridas: Great Art Explained”, write a summary in English in detail (two to four paragraphs). Also, include your thoughts about Frida Kahlo’s life as a person and as an artist. Tell us what did you learn about her life that grabbed your attention? What do you think about her work? ETC. Be creative. The second video is for you to learn more about the artist’s biography to prepare for this assignment.
(2) Following, write a paragraph about the meaning of the Two Fridas painting according to the narrator of the video.
(3) Finally, find a reliable source of information in the Internet where you can find more about Frida’s painting style, AND select one painting that grabs your attention. Next, write a paragraph about your research, and explain why you selected that painting (include the picture of the art painting). Also, at the end of your paragraph tell us if you would you be interested in finding out more about Frida’s life as an artist.
