Based on what you have learned thus far and as you begin to ponder your research paper, we would like you to conduct some research on what critical factors are needed to make an organization more effective. Using your book and other research, your well-written paper will analyze the elements of an effective organization, using organizational behavior concepts as the lead. Therefore, your research paper should address the following:

Describe the components necessary for an effective organizational structure, evaluating how working in this era of globalization may have an impact on its function.
Evaluate various communication strategies needed for effective organizations.
Be sure to assess the principles of effective management and where it comes into play with leadership.
Examine decision-making, and problem-solving processes need to make an organization effective.
Suggest a leadership approach that could contribute to organizational effectiveness and justify the choice.
Your paper must adhere to the following parameters:

Be 8-10 pages in length, not including, title, abstract, and reference pages.

Be supported by seven (7) scholarly references and all facts must be supported. In-text citations used throughout the assignment must be included in the APA formatted reference list/page.

Note: The assignment/presentation is worth 25 percent.
